Louver House is a 12–unit luxury residential project in the exclusive South of Fifth Street district in Miami Beach. The building was designed to reflect the lush, tropical qualities of the neighborhood, while providing a contemporary living environment commensurate with the desires of its discerning tenants.The brochure’s cover was blind embossed to recreate the geometric louver pattern of the building’s façade, and the binding was smyth sewn to emphasize hand-made craftsmanship. The sales brochure was designed to capture the same combination of a tropical and luxurious lifestyle. Colors were chosen to evoke the ocean and flora surrounding the site, and the paper was selected for its high-quality feel.
