Botaniko Weston is an elegant gated community featuring architecturally distinctive homes designed by architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Mateu. The development, intended to promote an exceptional quality of life, is ideally located within the natural setting bordering the Florida Everglades; modern yet timeless homes living in harmony with the area’s serene environment. The brochure was divided into three categories: Community, Luxury Homes and Visionary Team. For an insight into the thoughtful design process, the architects provided hand drawn sketches for each home. Bold photography was selected to emphasize the vibrant and diverse flora and fauna of the area.
