Grove at Grand Bay is a luxury condominium project in Coconut Grove, one of Florida’s oldest neighborhoods. This distinctive project, featuring two twisting towers, was developed by the Terra Group and designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), a renowned Danish architectural firm. An introductory section, incorporating sketches and photographs, illustrates the design process, which resulted in the unique building geometry. The brochure was designed to promote the Penthouse unit. Its format featured individual sections separated by bold green divider pages inspired by the area’s lush natural landscape. Subsequent sections highlight the vibrant history of Coconut Grove, showcase the neighborhood lifestyle, describe the various unit features and building amenities, and showcase the celebrated architect’s previous work.
